It all started with a Café Cart

DeAnthony started off selling coffee, smoothies, and baked items from a food cart in sunny Miami, Florida. He felt the café needed something. Something sweet, but light. Something that could be eaten on the go…

Thus, the Banana Bread journey began.

“ I wanted to make something you could have anytime.

With coffee in the morning….as an afternoon snack….or with a scoop of ice cream at night!

Something for all day…. That was my plan.

The only rule. It had to be Simple, Good, and Cool.

Eventually, the Banana Bread was “selling” the show, and DeAnthony made the switch to pursuing the greatest Banana Bread possible. Now he sells at your local Farmers Markets, select hotels, and private venues.

One day he hopes to takeover the grocery store!
