It all started with a Café Cart

DeAnthony started off selling coffee, smoothies, and baked items from a food cart in sunny Miami, Florida. He felt the café needed something. Something sweet, but light. Something that could be eaten on the go, but still made you feel like home…

Thus, the Banana Bread journey began.

“ I wanted to make something you could have anytime.

With coffee in the morning….as an afternoon snack….or with a scoop of ice cream at night!

An all day bread! That was my plan.

The only set of rules. It had to be Simple, Good, and Cool.

Eventually, the Banana Bread was “selling” the show, and DeAnthony shifting his focus to making greatest Banana Bread possible.

So he began selling at a local Farmers Markets ( where you can still see him tossing breads!) , then he added a few select hotels, and a couple private venues.

One day he hopes to takeover a grocery store near you!

“ We can’t do too much, too fast. That’s exactly how you trip over your own feet. We have to keep the bread at its best! That’s our first priority”
